Southwest Guitar Festival

Buying Tickets and Registration in advance (highly recommended!) for the Southwest Guitar Festival can be done three ways:

1. Online through PayPal. Please print out your receipt for your tickets from your computer. You must present this receipt at Will Call to collect your SWGF tickets. This is the fastest and easiest way to get your tickets. A small service charge applies to all online ticket and registration purchases.

Website ticket sales for SWGF concerts will end 3 hours prior to each individual concert. Ticket purchases will be at the event only with cash or check. No cards. Box office opens 1 hour prior to each concert.

2. By mail, paying with a credit card or check. Just print out this form fill it out and mail it to the address on the form. Mail order tickets and registration must be postmarked by January 25, 2009, and all ticket orders are subject to availability.

3. By phone, paying with a credit card. Call 210-458-5685 between 9-4PM Monday through Friday. Phone orders will be taken until 12:00PM on February 3, 2009.

If available, SWGF Tickets are also sold at the door for each concert, but seats are limited.

All online, mail and phone orders will be held at Will Call and may be picked up at to the first event you have purchased tickets for. Registration badges may be picked up at the UTSA downtown campus on Wednesday Feb 4, Thursday Feb 5, or at any of the concerts.
